Now Yoga Begins

TC has been teaching yoga for over ten years, guiding students to receive the benefits of their yoga practice. He began his training in Bangalore, and Madras, India at the Sivananda Mandipuram Ashram.

He has received his 200 hour Yoga Certification from Edeley Wallace of Yogamatrix in Orlando, Florida, and training from numerous teachers, including Marilyn Glasser, Lewis Rothlein, Beryl Bender Birch, David Williams, and David Swenson.

He is a lifelong yoga student and yoga teacher, who happens to be certified by Yoga Alliance.
